Adding your account
Enter your NZ bank account number in your payout settings. Released escrow pays out to this account - typically same or next business day after a buyer approves.
The name check
We compare the account holder name your bank reports (via open banking) against your verified identity name. It is a fraud control: it stops anyone quietly swapping in their own account on your profile. If the names differ - a trading name, a joint account - the payout pauses for a quick manual review rather than failing silently.
Payouts only ever go to an account in your verified name. That one rule blocks the most common marketplace scam there is.
