Escrow-backed local work: the client funds the job up front, the money sits in an NZD trust account, and it's released when the work is approved. We're opening one region at a time so there are real operators to hire on day one.
We open each region once enough local operators have put their hand up.

We email everyone on that region's list the day it goes live, operators first.
